Six week strength program

In this program I am going to take you through a basic six week strength training phase, introducing you to the fundamentals of strength training + tempos, supersets & those spicy Emfitt combos to keep things interesting! 

this program consists of four sessions per week, 2 x upper body sessions & 2 x lower body sessions meaning we hit each muscle group an optimal two times each week.

strength training is repetitive, if we are constantly changing up our program or implementing every fancy Tik tok exercise we see we are robbing ourselves of both progress & results! instead what we should be focusing on is mastering/practicing the basics & progressively overloading our muscles each week.

you need basic key pieces of equipment to complete this training block making it doable both in a gym or with a home setup.
